PATENTED TWIN-LINE TRANSPORT SYSTEM

The TWIN-LINE transport system features a rugged 7" x 7" stainless steel-clad center post that rotates on two large tapered bearings at the base of the post. A spring-loaded latch/hook engages at the top of the post to secure the toolbar in the fully raised position. And, absolutely no daily maintenance is required! Eight 7" x 7" UHMW plastic pads glide against the post as it is raised and lowered. No lubrication is used.

HYDRAULCALLY OPERATED, OVER CENTER WING LOCKS...

...allow the wings to flex while planting and lock rigid for transport!

Double 5" x 7" toolbar: Flexible. Consists of two wings and four-row center section, constructed in a reinforced box and truss design.

UNIQUE FRONT FOLD PLANTER DESIGN

Offers exceptional narrow width transport, clearance, stability, and maneuverability 13' 0" (as shown) without granular chemical attachment. Available in 16 Row 30", 24 Row 20", 24 Row 22", 24 row 30", and 36 Row 20" sizes.

How does it work? The elevated forward tongue section is lowered from transport position via the parallel linkage forward tongue section with a 3 1/2" x 16" cylinder. A 2-state telescoping tongue (single stage on 16 Row 30", 24 Row 20" and 24 Row 22") combines with draft links and wing braces to unfold the wing sections as the heavy-duty axle slides back into the planting position.

Dry Fertilizer Hoppers feature 2-position, adjustable rate cast iron metering augers, with stainless steel hardware. Rate ranges: 33 to 660 lbs/acre in 30" rows; 26 to 520 lbs/acre in 38" rows. (Rate ranges are approximated and will vary depending on the density of the fertilizer.)		Standard Galvanized Steel Auger Baffles help reduce the torque required to drive the metering auger system. Easy to remove for servicing.

Dry fertilizer packages include: fiberglass hoppers w/lids; cast iron adj. rate metering augers; mounting brackets; 7/8" hex drive shafts; and adj. end-mounted transmissions w/sprockets.

HD Single Disc Openers
for use in any tillage system. Includes 18" diameter blade with scraper, 2 1/2" wide spring-loaded soil press tire, drop tubes and adjustable depth and down pressure settings.

Notched Single Disc Openers
for mulch-till or moderate no-till systems. Includes 16 3/4" diameter blade, cast iron hub with sealed bearings, 5/8" spindle bolt, horizontally mounted coil down force spring, drop tubes and vertical mounting shaft with cast mount to allow opener to swivel and adjust depth.

Double Disc Openers
for conventional tillage. Includes 15" diameter offset “V” blades, inner and outer scrapers, adjustable coil down force spring, welded shank with lockup, drop tubes and mounting hardware.
